Then place the Breakdown Baffle between the primary and secondary coils as in Fig. 9-70. Note in this figure that the red wire going to the Adjusting Tap originates from capacitor C1 (the attachment to the capacitor is not clearly seen but is on the right side of the large white capacitor C1, better seen in Fig. 9-64). The Adjusting Tap is then positioned on the Primary Coil to find the best resonant tuning. Also note the green grounding wire attached to the strike ring (see Fig. 9-71) and to the ground connection of the Secondary Coil (see Fig. 9-64).
